This site is the academic side of Orbis Scientia. It describes the five products Orbis Scientia owns, in their academic faces. It is not any of those products, it holds no client or research data, and nothing on it creates an engagement. Each product site publishes its own terms, and those govern that product.

The material here is general. It is not operational, clinical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of someone who knows your situation. Nothing here should be relied on as the sole basis for a decision about how your organization operates.

Some of the research and some of the products described on this site are in progress. Doctoral work is stated as in progress, conference acceptances are stated as acceptances, and a product that has not launched is stated as not yet live.

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Orbis Scientia unless stated otherwise. OrbisFramework, OrbisSpark, and OrbisScholar are trademarks of Orbis Scientia.

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false information through its forms, use it to send unsolicited mail, or extract its content by automated means at a rate that affects other people.

This site links to other sites, including the scheduling tool and the product sites it describes. We are not responsible for what those sites do or say.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbis Scientia and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it, whether the claim is brought in contract, tort, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability arising from this website is limited to one dollar.

Any engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement. Where this notice and a signed agreement differ, the agreement controls.

These terms and any dispute arising from this website or its contents are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
